Return Policy
Our Commitment To Privacy
All returns must have a return authorization number and must be returned in original boxes.
All returns must be returned with 10 business days of shipment unless product is defective then [15] days.
All returns or order cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee plus any an all shipping and handling charges. Refunds and or returns are for prorated JHB credit only.
Parties agree that exclusive venue for any litigation shall be Pinellas County Florida USA. Customer is responsible for all court costs, attorneys fees, including but not limited to presuit and appellate/bankruptcy fees regardless of outcome, in connection with collections.
Any work performed on equipment by non – JHB approved personnel can be grounds for voiding of warranty. JHB shall not be responsible for consequential damages; JHB liability shall be limited only to any warranty or representations stated above. JHB is no way responsible for problems that are in anyway related to any actions or inactions on the part of any provider of local or long distance services. Late fees are $45.00 plus 1.5% per month. Minimum charge for any check returned for non-payment is $29.00.
All shortages must be reported within 3 days of shipment pricing : prices are subject to change without notice. Sometimes we find incorrect pricing on the web page. we are sorry for any inconvenience.
