- CD on Hold – requires message recorded to CD to change on hold productions
- Standard MP3 on Hold – requires message recorded to computer or MP3 player.
To change on hold productions a USB cable is required - MP3 on Hold with Flash Memory input – Allows one to change production via use of a flash memory drive/stick
- Internet MP3 on hold – Allows one to have multiple productions that can be programmed to change at the specific times and dates desired
