Here are some recent changes we have made to ensure that we achieve that goal:
- Our head tech recently attended the latest certified masters training program with Allworx. This makes him one the most knowledgeable Allworx techs in the region.
- Recent investments we’ve made to upgrade our phone system allow us to provide faster and better response to our customers’ service needs.
- We’ve expanded our social media efforts to make them more customer friendly by providing high quality information our customers can use right away.
- We’ve added an online customer satisfaction survey available to all customers after each service visit for feedback to guide us on ways we can improve our customer experience (use this link to view the survey).
