Myth: The Sound quality is poor.
Reality: If engineered correctly with the right equipment VOIP will sound as good or better than standard phone service.
Myth: Service is unreliable.
Reality: The exact opposite is true. If one loses power to their office, VOIP can actually allow calls to be answered automatically with an option for callers to transfer themselves to a selected mobile phone. Standard phone service provides only endless ringing or at best an “out of service call back later message”….
