2 Tips for provided personalized service to customers & prospects

Of the things we hear demanded by today’s consumer,  “personalized service”  is #1.  And the biggest piece of that pie is “the ability to reach a live human being when calling a business”…  something that just 10 years ago was a given, and now is not.

Here are 2 Tips  providing just that to your customers and prospects:

1) make sure call can be transferred to you live even when you are away from your desk or office.

2) when in meetings or otherwise unavailable  to take calls, make sure callers can still direct themselves to a live person.

These seemingly minor accommodations will make all the difference in today’s fast-paced, electronic world.
