10 Best and 10 Worst Telephone Systems*

As far as the top 10  office  telephone systems and equipment that we list here goes, we find the quality ranges from very good to excellent! In addition  we find there are  the needed resources available to support these products and related services properly.

The bottom 10 we find to be slickly marketed business telephone systems and suppliers that  at first look and  sound great but beyond that in our view they are near junk!  Most if not all of these business telephone systems also have very low resale value and offer poor quality support .
Worse yet it  can be very hard to get service and support from anyone other than the vendor  the phone system was  purchased from. In such cases the Vendors are then free to charge their customers whatever high prices they please! Businesses unfortunate enough to invest in  these business telephones systems subject themselves to equipment that maybe will work well at first but over time can expect will they not serve them well at all!

Warning about the many different Voice Over IP Telephone systems and carriers on the market today:
It seems like almost every day a new VOIP phone system and carrier comes on the market! In our experience most of these systems and companies will not be around in 5 or maybe even as little as 3 years! This leaves the businesses that invested in such company’s equipment and services with a large investment that cannot be supported or recouped. Companies on our worst list we find are 1) lacking the resources to properly support their services and products 2) The products themselves are poor 3) They are overpriced.
